ONE Jiu-Jitsu Academy Townsville is proud to be an Australian Elite Team affiliate, connecting our Townsville academy with a wider network of high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, coaches and competitors.

Our academy has been part of the Townsville Jiu-Jitsu community since 2016, growing from our original small academy into one of North Queensland’s established Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu communities.

The Australian Elite Team affiliation represents the next stage in that journey.

It allows us to maintain the identity, culture and community that makes ONE Jiu-Jitsu unique while benefiting from the knowledge, experience and connections of a larger Jiu-Jitsu team.

Competition & Development

For students who want to compete, being connected to a larger team provides another important advantage.

Our competitors can represent ONE Jiu-Jitsu and Australian Elite Team at tournaments while becoming part of a wider network of athletes competing throughout Queensland, Australia and internationally.
