COACH
CAITLIN ALLAN

Caitlin Allan – Blue Belt

Caitlin Allan is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt and assistant coach for the kids’ program at ONE Jiu-Jitsu. Combining a genuine love of the sport with a natural ability to connect with young athletes, Caitlin helps create a training environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.

On the mat, Caitlin focuses on building strong fundamentals — movement, control, and the problem-solving mindset that makes jiu-jitsu so unique. Off the mat, she leads by example, showing students that discipline, respect, and a positive attitude are just as important as technique.

Whether it’s a child stepping on the mat for the very first time or a young competitor preparing for their next tournament, Caitlin brings patience, energy, and encouragement to every class.
