KIDS 4 & 5

4 & 5 Years Jiu-Jitsu Classes at ONE Jiu-Jitsu

At ONE Jiu-Jitsu, our 4 & 5 years classes are designed especially for little learners. These classes are all about building confidence, coordination, listening skills, and having fun in a safe and positive environment.

Our goal is to introduce children to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a way that is engaging, structured, and age-appropriate. Through games, movement drills, and simple techniques, kids begin developing important life skills while enjoying every class.

What your child will learn

In our 4 & 5 years program, children work on:

  • Balance and coordination
  • Listening and following instructions
  • Respect and discipline
  • Confidence and social skills
  • Basic Jiu-Jitsu movements and positions
  • Teamwork and having fun with others

A fun and safe introduction to martial arts

We understand that this age group needs a different approach. That’s why our classes are upbeat, encouraging, and focused on keeping children engaged while learning. Every session is structured to help kids burn energy, stay active, and grow in confidence.

Why parents love our little kids program

Parents choose ONE Jiu-Jitsu because our classes help children:

  • Improve focus and behaviour
  • Build self-confidence
  • Develop body awareness and coordination
  • Learn respect in a supportive setting
  • Make friends and enjoy being active

No experience needed

These classes are perfect for beginners. Your child does not need any previous martial arts experience to get started. We welcome all children and aim to make their first experience enjoyable and positive.
